A Bucheimer is a trans glass artist working in the Seattle area.

He began working with glass in 2009 as a high school intern at Art Of Fire in Gaithersburg, Maryland. He received a BFA from the Massachusetts College of Art and Design, and moved to Seattle shortly after graduating.
​
A's work focuses on texture and intricate patterning. His new "Fluid" series draws inspiration from his own experience with gender and the experiences shared from his LGBTQIA community. He wanted to create a series that could both belong in any home and be unapologetically trans.

The Resonant Glass product line merges A's playful aesthetic with everyday functional home goods. When he is not blowing glass you can find A working on his home hot shop that he is building in White Center, Washington.
